At Wellness360, we believe movement should be accessible, restorative, and inspiring. Our yoga program offers a range of experiences, from the flow of Vinyasa, a breath-led practice linking movement and strength, to Breath and Balance, which emphasizes gentle postures and mindful breathing for stability and calm. Flow and Let Go blends active movement with restorative release, while Restorative Yoga offers slow, supported poses designed to relax both body and mind.
We also offer Mat Pilates, a core-focused, low-impact practice that builds strength and mobility while supporting overall balance.
Beyond weekly classes, Wellness360 hosts special workshops designed to deepen your practice and nurture overall well-being — including sound baths, herbalism, and other holistic experiences. Every session is guided by experienced instructors in our serene, vineyard-view studio, with mats, blocks, and props provided — all you need to bring is yourself.
